Allison provided me with information and was my doula for my second child. Before my labour, she visited me in my home twice, where she talked about my wishes for delivery and the techniques she would use to ease the labor process for me. She then was on my side throughout the labor with her comforting techniques and talk. One of my biggest wish for this delivery was to go as long as I could without an epidural. I was able to have my baby without it at all. I was very happy to accomplish this. I know I could not have done it without Allison being there. I also had much more confidence during this labor because Allison was there by my side. I knew she has the best interest in her heart for me and I trusted her. Allison helped me with this labor in so many ways.
Allison I don't really know how to thank you for this experience. You are really meant for this. You are very dedicated to your career and I know you will help so many women.
